Preschool Teacher
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate daily lesson plans.
- Foster children’s educational, emotional, and social development through a structured curriculum.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and assess each child’s progress, helping build self-esteem and social skills.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support each child’s development.
- Stay up to date and in compliance with state licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
- Experience: At least 6 months in a licensed childcare facility (1 year preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- A team player who’s dependable, flexible, and passionate about children.
- Certifications:
- Willing to obtain Pediatric First Aid & CPR (preferred if already certified).
- Must pass a background check.

Preschool Teacher
Hours: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement daily lesson plans
- Guide children to develop their educational capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum
- Understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods
- Have demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Establish and maintain positive communication with parents, children, and other staff members.
- Be knowledgeable about state licensing requirements and understand that we will be in compliance at all times.
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ensure that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning at all times.
Preschool Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Assist Lead Teacher in planning and implementing lessons
- Support the facility through various daily activities
- Cover teachers break and plan times
- Substitute as needed
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Assist in preparing snacks and lunch
- Assist in light cleaning of the building
- Establish and maintain positive communication with parents, children, and other staff members
- Comply with state, school, and class rules and regulations
